Whether your workouts take place in a small group or a solo session, my focus is on helping you feel the change in your body, whether it be a shift in confidence or ease, strength or new muscle connections.
Your Pilates workouts continuously evolve with practice and integration of new movement skills that you learn in the Pilates studio and take out into your life.
Whether you are looking for pain relief; guidance through a new stage in your life, or even solutions to a laundry list of body issues, we have the expertise to support you.

Services

Neuro-focused Movement Wellness Track

These sessions use targeted brain assessments and drills to uplevel your brains skill level and bring your nervous system into better balance. Establishing a neuro approach first with helps reduce threats to the brain,provides you tools for for nervous system regulation and designs a movement program that takes all of your Nervous System Sensory inputs into account. All movement is an outcome of your nervous system.  Our senses of Vision, hearing and balance and proprioception are all assessed by the brain.  These are all currently 1-to- one sessions.  This program begins with an intake process, followed by a 6 week, 3 or 6 month program that works with your unique goals and starting point.  Sessions are designed to work with your life and learning style.  Sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes.  Incorporating drills into your life is essential for building a program that will rewire your nervous system with positive changes in your neuroplasticity.

Pilates and Functional Movement Track

Private lessons: For those who have recently recovered from an injury, have unique needs, or prefer individual support, these sessions are designed and tailored entirely for you – your learning style, goals, and schedule.
Duets:  Share your lesson with a family member or friend. Duets offer affordability and accountability.  You still receive personalized feedback and guidance. We recommend duets for sharing your lesson with a family member or friend.  Private and Duet lessons offer flexible scheduling.
Trios are our new semi-private class for 3 students and 1 teacher.  Trios give you more options for your Pilates practice.  These classes are just forming.  If you and 2 friends are looking for a class, reach out and I will do my best to get it on the schedule.
We also offer individual lessons online. Virtual private sessions are a great option if you have your own Pilates equipment or a desire to deepen your practice from your home. If you are interested in a small group class or curated lessons, reach out to find out more.
