Pilates Fundamentals
Monday @ 10:00 – 11:00 am, May 22 – June 26
Our trio Fundamentals will introduce you to the basic concepts and skills of the Pilates Method and its approach to training the whole body to be strong and flexible. Learn beginner exercises on the universal reformer. This is a great introduction or refresher class.
Reformer Level 1/2 – Wednesdays, @ 5:15 – 615 pm
Build a strong reformer practice. This class will progress the beginner student to learning new skills and exercises from the beginner to intermediate repertoire. Purchase a single 5 or 10-pack for your trio classes.
New Classes coming to Monday at 4:15 pm, July 10. and 2 new am classes., starting in June. Get in touch if you are interested in a trio class.

Our Body Rolling, anatomy in motion classes are great at facilitating change and will introduce you to Pilates skills, from an experiential sensory approach. The Yamuna Body Rolling technique employs similar principles as the Pilates Method, as a self-massage, breath-focused re-patterning modality. This Method calms the nervous system, remaps your body, and restores tone and muscle functions to the body. It is a lovely complement to learning the Pilates Method and a simple, yet profound catalyst for body transformation.
Roll & Restore- Spine and Core -will be offered again on Saturday, June 3, @ 10:00 am.
Roll & Restore- Low Back & Hips – will be offered, the following weekend, wither Friday at 4:15 or Saturday at 10:00.am Please get in touch if you are interested!!
Join us for restorative self-care classes, where you will focus on giving your body space to release tension patterns, remap muscles and restore nervous system tone Experience Yamuna Body Rolling, a self-care modality that combines massage, core training, and muscle rebalancing. Tower Level 1/2 – Everyone loves Tower class. Feel deeply stretched and energized after each class! ( coming in June)
Pilates Mat – Learn and practice the classical mat exercises and the building blocks for the Pilates repertoire. ( be on the lookout for this pop-up Zoom class to start)
Wunda Chair – Build a strong and functional body using the Pilates “wunda” chair, standing exercises, and more. These workouts will address both upper and lower body strength. Reclaim your strength and power to enjoy all of your movement activities, walking, hiking, skiing, and more. ( coming in September)
